Tips to Consider Before Your Appointment:
Be clear on your intention and have an open mind and positive attitude about how we will reach your intended outcome.
Have a snack with protein before your session so you are able to relax and concentrate on suggestions that will be given to your subconscious. Try to avoid caffeine or other stimulants right before your session.
